Assistant for manuals and guidelines
Employees ask about procedures, deadlines or responsibilities. The answer points to the relevant passage in the document, so that anyone can look it up.
Your team asks in everyday language and gets answers from your own documents, with a source.
A company’s knowledge sits in manuals, contracts, tickets and emails. Anyone who needs an answer often asks the colleague who knows, or searches through folders for a long time. An AI assistant searches these documents and writes an answer. It also shows the passages the answer comes from, so that your team can check it.
The technical term for this is Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or RAG for short. We agree with you which sources are connected and who may see what. The language model can run with a provider in the EU or on your own servers, for example with Ollama. Before launch, we test the answers with real questions from your everyday work.

The assistant suggests answers to customer enquiries, based on product documents and earlier tickets. Your team checks the suggestion and sends it off.
The assistant answers questions such as “What notice period applies to client X?” from the stored contracts. Anyone who is not allowed to see a file gets no answer from it either.
