MVP and product development

A first version that real users use and that you can keep building on.

Whether a product idea holds up only becomes clear once it is in use: who actually uses the product, and what would someone pay for? We build a first version that answers these questions. It focuses on the core and runs reliably enough for real customers.

We build and run our own apps such as LearnATC and Slam Voting. That means we regularly make the decisions at the start of a product ourselves: what belongs in the first version and what can wait. We choose the technology so that it does not get in the way as the product grows.

Who this is for

  • Companies building a digital service alongside their core business
  • Founders who want to test their idea with real customers before investing on a larger scale
  • Teams with a prototype that is well received but not suited to live operation
  • Business departments that want to turn an internal tool into their own product

Typical MVP projects

01

First version of an app

A web or mobile app with the features that matter at launch, such as registration, the core function itself and payment. You decide on everything else based on the first feedback.

02

From prototype to product

Your prototype wins over test users but was put together quickly. We check which parts are viable, replace the shaky ones and bring the product into stable operation with monitoring and backups.

03

Additional digital service

A customer portal or an app complements your existing business, for example for bookings or training courses. We start with one customer group and expand what works there.

How we work

01

Workshop on target audience and core function, including what is deliberately left out at the start

02

Clickable mock-up and technical concept, aligned with budget and timeframe

03

Development in short stages, with a preview that you and the first test users try out

04

Launch with monitoring and analysis, followed by planning of the next version
