Team extension and interim technical leadership
We work as part of your team, for a project phase or as interim technical leadership.
Sometimes your own team lacks the capacity or the experience for a while, for example before an important release or for an architecture decision. Then we work in your team, in your tools and by your rules. You have one dedicated contact person throughout.
As interim technical leadership, we make decisions on architecture and quality until a permanent hire is found. We plan the handover from the start: decisions and access credentials are documented, so that your team can carry on without us.

Typical engagements
Interim technical leadership
We take over architecture decisions, code reviews and technical planning until your new technical lead starts. After that, we hand over with documentation and joint onboarding.
Stabilisation after a change of developer
The previous developer is gone, and so is a lot of knowledge. We get an overview of the code and servers, close the most urgent gaps and put your team back in a position to act.
