For existing software, we first check where things get stuck, for example slow database queries or code where a change in one place breaks something elsewhere. Then we make targeted improvements instead of rewriting everything. We record architecture decisions in writing so that your team can understand them later.

A shared API that the website, the mobile app and partners use to access the same data, with permissions per user group and documentation. Versioning makes sure that changes do not disrupt existing apps.

Data import and reconciliation

A service regularly imports data from suppliers or line-of-business systems, checks it and writes it to your database. Incomplete records are flagged and reported, and the rest carries on.

Stabilising an existing application

We measure where time is lost, fix bottlenecks in the database and code and add tests at the critical points. After that, the application can be extended again without worry.
