Shop-to-ERP synchronisation
Orders, stock and customer data flow automatically in both directions. Invalid records land in a review queue instead of silently in the system.
Recurring work between your systems disappears. Your team gets time back.
Many businesses lose hours copying data between ERP, CRM, shop and spreadsheets. Errors creep in, and your team has less time for other work. We automate recurring tasks and assess with you where the effort will pay off.
We first analyse where time and errors arise, prioritise by benefit and build integrations your team understands. No opaque chains: every step is traceable, logged and adjustable when needed.
Orders, stock and customer data flow automatically in both directions. Invalid records land in a review queue instead of silently in the system.
The system reads incoming documents and passes the information to accounting. Your team can see the processing status and trace each transfer in the log.
Metrics from multiple sources combined, prepared and ready in a dashboard or PDF each morning. Without a Friday marathon in spreadsheets.
Review workflows together, estimate time spent and set priorities
Technical concept with interfaces, error cases and monitoring
Implementation in stages with test data and acceptance by operations
Documented handover and optional ongoing support, including when your systems change
We have experience with Shopify, Shopware and WooCommerce. We develop extensions and connect online shops to the systems your business already uses. We assess other shop platforms based on your requirements and their available interfaces.
One possible workflow: an order from the shop is passed to inventory management, and stock levels are updated in the shop. Together we establish which system owns the master data and how errors or returns are handled.
Examples include Lexware Office for accounting and Perfex CRM for customer management. ERP options include Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Other systems may also be connected, depending on their technical capabilities.
We check your particular version and its available interfaces. This includes which data can be read or written and whether additional modules or licences are needed. The right connection depends on your system and the workflow you want.
No. We first check whether an existing extension or connector already covers your workflow. Custom development adds the features or rules that are missing.
If no suitable API is available, we assess supported import and export options or an extension to the system. We establish whether this is reliable and worth the investment before implementation. The integration should remain maintainable after software updates.
Tell us about your project. We will discuss a suitable approach and what it requires. Based in Siegen, Germany, we work with businesses across the country.
